By accessing or using Kavyn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Kavyn is a financial tracking and analytics platform designed for creators and digital businesses. The Service allows users to:

  • Track income from multiple sources
  • Connect and sync data from third-party services such as Stripe
  • Generate financial reports and analytics
  • Export financial data

Kavyn provides informational and analytical tools only and does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

3. Artificial Intelligence Features

Kavyn may provide optional artificial intelligence–powered features, including categorization, summaries, forecasts, and insights.

These features are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees, predictions, or professional advice. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining how to use any AI-generated information. Kavyn does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any purpose.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Taxes

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees disclosed at the time of purchase
  • Allow automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • Provide accurate and complete billing information

Taxes

Prices for the Service do not include applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any taxes required by law. Kavyn may collect and remit taxes in jurisdictions where required, at its discretion.

6. Refunds, Trials, and Cancellations

All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may offer a free trial to new subscribers. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@kavyn.app. We are happy to review and resolve billing issues directly.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Kavyn may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and recover associated fees where applicable.

8. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

Kavyn relies on data provided by users and third-party integrations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of financial data displayed within the Service.

You acknowledge that:

  • Financial figures may vary due to third-party delays, adjustments, refunds, or disputes
  • You are responsible for verifying all financial data before relying on it for tax, legal, or business decisions

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Kavyn is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAVYN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
